Hotel Crystal Retreat Agra , Agra (Uttar Pradesh)

Our stay was quite mixed. While the rooms were spacious and modern, the overwhelming number of staff interactions felt intrusive. We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the clean bathroom, but the breakfast scene left much to be desired, and the additional charges at checkout were frustrating.

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were designed nicely but lacked cleanliness and maintenance. The location offered a delightful, albeit limited, view of the Taj Mahal, which was the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, with frequent interruptions for payment and unkempt staff. It’s certainly not a place I'd recommend for more than a night or two.
